The gentleman was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. We had another plumber come in previously and he was going to break through the wall behind our stove and not fix the wall afterwards. He was going to charge $1250.00. Your man did just the spout for $250.00 and it works beautifully.

Reid was very professional in explaining the exact reason my toilet would run 3 to 4 times doing the day. He provided with a quote of $130 which I excepted. He also was nice to adjust my water pressure which had been reduced to 50.

Omar and Kyle are awesome! I just my first place and the seller did not install the dishwasher or put a drain pan under the full sized washer on the second floor. Omar came and installed the dishwasher and he and Kyle took care of the drain pan. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Highly recommend them to everyone

The gentlemen from Bow tie did an excellent job fixing the problems caused by my water softener that exploded internally and clogged up every water source in my house. They responded in a timely manner from the time I requested an estimate to the time they started work on my pipes was swift and efficient. And not only was the estimate reasonable they also gave me a discount because I was a Veteran that I didn’t ask for , but because he observed my Army graduation picture in the hallway.
